All data is encrypted via SSL/TLS during transmission. Storage systems are protected by firewalls, role-based access controls, and regular backups. Internal access is granted only on a need-to-know basis.

Inventive Legal does not sell, rent, or share client information with third parties for commercial purposes. Data is shared only when: (i) the client has given consent; (ii) required by a competent state authority; or (iii) necessary to perform the service (e.g. courier, payment gateway) under equivalent confidentiality commitments.
Inventive Legal không bán, cho thuê hoặc chia sẻ thông tin khách hàng với bên thứ ba vì mục đích thương mại. Dữ liệu chỉ được chia sẻ trong các trường hợp: (i) được sự đồng ý của khách hàng; (ii) theo yêu cầu bắt buộc của cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền; (iii) cần thiết để thực hiện dịch vụ (ví dụ: đơn vị chuyển phát, cổng thanh toán) với cam kết bảo mật tương đương.
