Service Delivery Methods Phương thức Cung ứng Dịch vụ
1.1 Available Delivery Formats 1.1 Các hình thức cung ứng
Inventive Legal provides legal services through the following channels:
Inventive Legal cung cấp dịch vụ pháp lý thông qua các phương thức sau:
- In-person at our office: Clients may visit directly during working hours for face-to-face consultation. Trực tiếp tại văn phòng: Khách hàng đến gặp trực tiếp tại địa chỉ văn phòng trong giờ làm việc.
- Online (remote): Consultation via video call (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams) by scheduled appointment. Trực tuyến (online): Tư vấn qua video call (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams) theo lịch hẹn.
- Via email / website: Delivery of documents, legal instruments, and consultation results in electronic format. Qua email / hệ thống website: Giao nhận hồ sơ, văn bản pháp lý, kết quả tư vấn dưới dạng tài liệu điện tử.
- Hard-copy delivery: For documents requiring original signatures or official seals, physical copies are sent via postal/courier service. Giao nhận bản cứng: Đối với các văn bản yêu cầu ký kết hoặc đóng dấu, tài liệu được giao qua dịch vụ bưu chính/chuyển phát nhanh.

Timelines begin from the date all required information is received and payment confirmed. Specific timelines will be agreed in the service contract.

3.1 Online & Electronic Services3.1 Dịch vụ trực tuyến và điện tử
No geographic restriction. Clients from any province or city nationwide may use online consultation and receive results via email or the website system.
Không giới hạn địa lý. Khách hàng tại bất kỳ tỉnh/thành nào trên toàn quốc đều có thể sử dụng dịch vụ tư vấn trực tuyến và nhận kết quả qua email hoặc hệ thống website.
3.2 In-Person Services3.2 Dịch vụ trực tiếp tại văn phòng
Available exclusively at Inventive Legal's office in Ho Chi Minh City, by prior appointment.
Chỉ áp dụng tại địa chỉ văn phòng của Inventive Legal tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh theo lịch hẹn đã thỏa thuận.
3.3 Hard-Copy Document Delivery3.3 Giao nhận tài liệu bản cứng
Inventive Legal supports nationwide hard-copy delivery via reputable postal/courier partners. Shipping fees are disclosed to the client prior to dispatch.
Inventive Legal hỗ trợ giao nhận tài liệu bản cứng trên phạm vi toàn quốc qua đối tác bưu chính/chuyển phát nhanh uy tín. Phí vận chuyển được thông báo cho khách hàng trước khi thực hiện.

5.1 Notification Obligation5.1 Nghĩa vụ thông báo
Should a delay arise against the committed timeline, Inventive Legal must notify the client within 24 hours of identifying the delay, with specific reasons and a revised estimated completion date.
Trong trường hợp phát sinh chậm trễ, Inventive Legal có nghĩa vụ thông báo ngay cho khách hàng — chậm nhất trong vòng 24 giờ kể từ thời điểm xác định sự chậm trễ — kèm lý do cụ thể và thời hạn dự kiến mới.
5.2 Client's Right to Cancel5.2 Quyền hủy hợp đồng của khách hàng
Upon receiving a delay notice, the client may elect to: (a) accept the revised timeline, or (b) cancel the contract and receive a full refund of the fee portion for work not yet performed.
Khi nhận được thông báo chậm trễ, khách hàng có quyền: chấp nhận thời hạn mới, hoặc hủy hợp đồng và được hoàn trả toàn bộ phần phí tương ứng với công việc chưa thực hiện.
Delays caused by the client's failure to provide complete information/documents, or by force majeure events (natural disasters, epidemics, sudden regulatory changes) are not within Inventive Legal's scope of liability. In such cases, Inventive Legal remains obligated to notify the client promptly and propose a resolution plan.
Chậm trễ do khách hàng cung cấp thông tin/tài liệu không đầy đủ, hoặc do sự kiện bất khả kháng (thiên tai, dịch bệnh, quy định pháp luật thay đổi đột xuất) không thuộc phạm vi trách nhiệm của Inventive Legal. Trong các trường hợp này, Inventive Legal vẫn có nghĩa vụ thông báo kịp thời và đề xuất phương án xử lý.
